Call to Order to order by Chairman Olson at 7:00 pm on Oct 14, 2019 at the Meteor Community Center will all members present except Clerk Frey who was at the WTA Convention. Also present was 1 operator and 8 residents.
Open Meeting Requirements were met by posting

Treasurer’s Report: Approved as printed by a Welling/Rogers motion
Open crushing bids; Olynick $3.73/yard’ Antczak $2.45/ton ($3.14/yard) Awarded to Antczak.

Old Business: Generator waiting for more details from the vendor. Frey is working on a grant.
Website still progressing
Highway work Bjelland is on hold due to wet conditions. We need to spend a considerable amount by year end.
Shoulder disk Rogers to look at making
Deer Lake dam deck. We will buy kiln dry white oak planks yet this year.
Member back up plan for meeting Oct 21
ATV/UTV policy. Board was presented with Letter of Understanding. Sawyer County has approved Hwy C from Deer Lak Road to Irish Road as a trail.
Solar panels. Rogers waiting for a call from the rep.

Planning- Paul gave update. Steve Roelse has agreed to join the Plan Commission
New Business Grader cost trade. Received specs for a new one. 7-year warranty, trade allowance $75,000, new wing, included straighten and paint bulldozer blade. Maybe a cut price on a shoulder disk. Olson to verify that bid is not needed for purchase.
Voting machine will be available for 2021 elections

Public Recognition: It was requested that we have a large dumpster available all summer. Welling to check with Republic for any additional cost. Snowplow end of Veness will require a signed and paid contract. The question was asked about 4 wheelers using a portion of the Y Road.
Review & Disposition of Bills: A Welling/Rogers motion was approved to pay vouchers 11215-11228 totaling $2,337.70.
